I'm not familiar with you or your channel. I did listen to most of the linked video you posted. Clinicians like Aaron and the Director of LGBT Courage Coalition (Jamie Reed -- whistleblower from the St. Louis clinic) from what I know have realized that at one point they got caught up in gender ideology but then realized it was false and about the harm that it was doing to young people and to vulnerable adults. To answer your question about how to evaluate who will benefit from the medical treatment, there is no good answer, which is why only mature adults who are well informed to give realistic consent should proceed with medical transition. From what Aaron is saying now, Aaron regrets having medically transitioned. The Transparency video interviews of Gender Dysphoria Alliance provided a lot of helpful exploration about the harms of gender ideology, including interviews with people who had transitioned and felt like they had benefitted from doing so, but tended to oppose anyone who was not a mature adult from deciding to take that medically drastic route to cope with the distress that they feel about being the sex that they were born as. I certainly have never felt "conned" by Aaron's going public and providing a forum to push back against gender ideology through either of these organizations.

Thank you for making this clear to those of us who are not lesbian nor Trans but empathize and have friends or family who are and care about people being just happy and healthy in their bodies and minds. Profoundly disagree. Aaron lived most of her life as an intersex lesbian w family who did not approve of being gay. At 35 or so she decided to transition medically; also psychiatric nurse for many years working with youth w g d etc. what about any of this do you see as “conman” ; in past few years has reassessed his surgical hormonal changes and, as Trans activists can claim, this “fluidity in gender journey” is not uncommon. So she still identifies as a butch lesbian. Big deal!! She s never hidden who she is either way; she consults w parents and youth who struggle w g d. She s done a limit of good work over decades with people with self doubt and g d to ensure they are getting other co morbidities assisted through therapy prior to any medical transition. I guess you d say she s a transregretter one of many who realized that if they had explored their identity further they d have avoided a lot of medical complications now surfacing 15 years on hormones. Easy to parse Mission statements!! Not so easy to live long on medical harms done by hormones they know have caused cancer blood clots strokes heart disease since the 1960s . Like to see you do as much to help confused identity youth in your lifetime!

Interestingly, I clicked the link and discovered Davis's account has been "terminated". I have watched a couple of her videos and found her to be a very unpleasant person.
